2About the Platform

Propsarthi is a technology-based property search and facilitation platform. The Platform enables users to view property listings and connect with independent third-party channel partners. Propsarthi does not act as a real estate broker, agent, promoter, or intermediary under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

3Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of this Policy, terms such as "Personal Data", "Sensitive Personal Data", "Processing", "User", "Company", "Platform", and "Channel Partner" shall have the meanings assigned to them under applicable Indian laws. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

32User Obligations

Users shall not misuse the Platform, upload false information, or attempt unauthorized access.

33Account Suspension and Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations or legal compliance.

34Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising due to misuse or violation of this Policy.
