All registered Contractors and Engineers acknowledge that access to the AXO-G lead environment is a privilege governed strictly by the Contractor Work Instructions detailed inside our primary Terms & Conditions.
Any malicious operational behavior — including but not limited to hiding successful matches, misrepresenting project finalization statuses, instructing customers to withhold validation data from our support team, aggressive verbal demeanor, or supplying substandard material quality — will execute an immediate, non-negotiable, permanent lifetime platform ban (Blacklisting).
AXO-G's corporate legal division reserves all statutory rights to initiate financial recovery litigation or file formal police reports in instances involving systemic transaction manipulation or corporate deception.
User Rights, Adjustments, and Data Deletion
Users maintain absolute visibility over their operational profiles and can modify or update contact configurations natively inside the mobile application interface.
In strict compliance with modern mobile application ecosystem standards (including Google Play Store and Apple App Store data policies), users retain the unalienable right to request the permanent purge of their digital records.
